Mr.
Sibel has spent over 20 years in creating and implementing
growth strategies and application of new technologies
for Fortune 50 and major Asian corporations. Jay has
considerable experience in corporate strategy, VC/Venture
development, CRM, SCM, network strategies, manufacturing
effectiveness and business process reengineering,
in various industries including computing, automotive,
high technology, telecommunications, consumer products
and transportation. For over 10 years Jay has worked
and lived in Japan, China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia,
Indonesia, Singapore and Australia. Jay has held senior
positions in IBM (Asia Pacific), A.T. Kearney (Singapore,
Tokyo, NY), Towers Perrin/Cresap (NY, Chicago, and
Europe) and Mercer Consulting (NY and Europe).
Jay
holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business,
an MA in International Economics and French from the
Lauder Institute (University of Pennsylvania) and
a BA in Mathematics (Honors) and French (with study
in France) from the Wesleyan University.

Don Doolittle,
USA |
Always
an innovator and business builder, Mr. Doolittle started
his career at 3M and developed an accounting infrastructure
for the newly formed Surgical Products Division. With
over 30 years of experience in consulting services,
first as a VP at Bain and Company and later as the Director
of APM Management Consultants/CSC Healthcare, Don has
consulted in various industries including consumer products,
semiconductors, manufacturing and healthcare. As Director
of APM Management Consultants Don grew the firm from
30 to over 300 consultants, before selling it to CSC
Healthcare in 1997.
Don
holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (graduated
with High Distinction), and a Bachelor degree in Accounting
from the University of Nebraska (graduated Cum Laude).
Don is a Certified Public Accountant who had served
on various Boards.

Laura DiPiero has over 20 years of experiences in the field of human resources which includes payroll management, employee/executive compensation/stock options, executive resources, employee relations including HR partner experience consulting with organizations on leadership, business effectiveness, culture/climate initiatives and workforce optimization.
From 1980 - 1993, Laura held various payroll operation positions including payroll manager responsible for a weekly payroll of 34,000 regular and 17,000 supplemental employees. Laura held positions in employee/executive compensation, stock options and drove executive resources for an organization of 280 executives.
Laura is an HR leader providing consulting and leadership direction to multiple organizations on leadership growth, business strategy and workforce optimization. She has successfully integrated acquisitions with diverse culture/climates into organizations and provides leadership guidance on performance management and creating high performing work environments.
